Where were you?  Why? 

Did it bother you? Who was in charge? (John 14:30. Colossians 6:12. Isaiah 14:12. Job 1:6)

What’s he doing now? (Titus 3:3)

Who was included? (John 3:36.  Romans 1:18, 2:5)

What did God do about this — what changes? (Romans 6:1-10)

That’s where you were — where are you now? (Ephesians 1:3.)

V8-9

What is the contrast between V1 and V8? (Romans 3:20-21.  Galatians 2:16)

Do you have enough faith? Why/how? Where do you get some more?

What’s the difference between being God’s “handiwork” and being “created in Christ Jesus”? (Psalm 139:14. Ephesians 4:24)

V11-13

Who is being addressed here? What’s the distinction? (V11) 

Separation was explained in V1-10; what else does this separate them from? (V12.  Isaiah 65:1. Romans 9:4. Hebrews 6:19-20)

What are the “two groups” and how are they made one? (Ephesians 2:14-15. 1 Corinthians 12:13.  Ephesians 3:6. Romans 8:3)

What was the “dividing wall of hostility”? (Acts 21:28. Mark 15:38)

Who was far away and who was near?

What do we have now? (Galatians 3:28. Luke 2:14. Ephesians 3:12. Colossians 1:12. Ephesians 4:4)

V19-22

Citizens and members of what household? (Philippians 3:20. Galatians 6:10)

How important are the teachings of the apostles and prophets? Can modern day apostles contribute to this teaching? (Matthew 16:18.  1 Corinthians 3:10. Ephesians 4:11)

What is Jesus’ role in the household? (V 20. Isiah 28:16. Acts 4:11. 1 Peter 2:4. 1 Corinthians 1:23)

The Jerusalem Temple was destroyed - where is the temple now? (V21. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17. 2 Corinthians 6:16)

Is this temple complete?
