Peanut sauce

2 cloves minced garlic
1.5 tsp ginger
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
0.5 tsp fish sauce
0.5 tsp sesame ooil
2-3 tblsp hot water

Options add
1 tblsp lime juice
1 tsp chile oil
1-2 tblsp Sriracha

 

version 2

  • 3/4 cup creamy, unsalted peanut butter

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger

  • zest and juice of one large lime

  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • 2 Tbsp. honey

  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil

  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk or water, more as needed*
